SKPD must Be More Active in Recording Assets

Jakarta Deputy Governor, Sandiaga Uno revealed every regional working unit (SKPD) must work harder to register assets owned.

This is because Jakarta Financial Management Body (BPAD) is actually just a compiler. The assets will be filled by the SKPD

It is because asset recording is one of the determinants of the use of Jakarta Provincial Government's budget to achieve a reasonable without exception (WTP) from Supreme Audit Agency (BPK).

Sandi Targets City Financial Report to Get WTP

"This is because Jakarta Financial Management Body (BPAD) is actually just a compiler. The assets will be filled by the SKPD," he expressed, at City Hall, Tuesday (12/12).

He assessed, until now there are still several SKPDs that have not been optimal to record assets to be compiled with BPAD data. They will get sanctions in accordance with to the rules.

"Hence every road to WTP meeting should be accompanied by City Secretary. Because we can do reward and punishment towards SKPDs," he told.

Responding on the matter, Sandi would recollect all SKPDs to be given direction if the asset recording is a duty to be done.

"We will open a meeting on the forthcoming Thursday," he stated.
